Frequently Asked Questions

A 50% deposit is required upon ordering to reserve your date and time. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable for any reason. Please be sure of your date and design. . 

Final payment is due 1 week before the due date. If order is made less than a week of due date, then total payment is due upon ordering. 

At the current moment, Carolina Gourmet Goodies, LLC is not a storefront bakery. Therefore, all orders are made to order and freshly baked goodies are not available on a daily basis.

Pick up times are available Tuesday-Friday 11am-1p & 5p-7p and Saturdays 8a-10a. Pick-up location is in the parking lot of IGA on Pamplico Hwy located at 2300 Pamplico Hwy, Florence, SC 29505.  If facing the building, pick up location is to the right side of the parking lot. Look for a gray Suburban.

Delivery is available at an additional charge based on distance. 

Tastings are offered in the form of 6 cupcakes. Three cake flavors are included with up to 5 buttercream flavors.  If additional cupcakes are desired, additional pricing is added.
